Today at the Broward County Board of County Commissioners meeeting, Lois Wexler (district 5) likened Broward County’s Public Art and Design Program to “trying to serve champagne on a beer budget.” I don’t know what she is talking about, Art is not champagne it is water, maybe sparkling water.
